President - Victor Lo (2629)

Vice-President - Michelle Ng (2737)
Greetings everyone! I am Michelle, currently a Year Twelve studying at German Swiss International School. It is a great honour to become a part of the Executive Committee and I look forward to a year of superb co-operation between us nine committee members!
Although, I am still a relatively new member to this prestigious association, I became attached to it quickly because of how special it is. HKOSA is not just a group of multitalented students but one big family. We work together, play together and grow together. As the Vice President of the Twenty Sixth Executive Committee, I would love to continue this wonderful aspect of the Association as our family of 850 continues to grow.
Here, I would like to thank all the Honorary Advisors and Advisors for entrusting me and my fellow committee members such an important job. As a team and a mini family, we will do our best and uphold our slogan this year - "To Shine Is To Give!"

Internal Secretary - John Yan (2751)
Fondest greetings to you all! As the Internal Secretary of the 26th Executive Committee, I must first thank all the Advisors and Honorary Advisors for their trust and guidance. We would be completely lost, if not for the pooled resources and wisdom they have offered us. I must also thank all OSArs for their faith in me, allowing me to serve as a member of the 26th Executive Committee. I hope that this faith would prove to be well founded over this year.
My name is John Yan, and I am a Form Five student studying at United Christian College (Kowloon East). As my school is relatively new, the first time I have ever heard of OSA was when I participated in the election. I was surprised, even overwhelmed initially, by the friendliness and sheer enthusiasm they have shown me. I felt comfortable with these extremely talented individuals, and it was like having a second home. Saying I felt honoured would be an understatement.
After receiving so much from my fellow OSArs, it has always been my greatest desire to contribute what little I have to OSA. Having the chance to be part of the Executive Committee is almost like a dream come true.
“To shine is to give”. For what it lacks in length, this phrase makes up with its ability to inspire. Many strive for success. More yet yearn to shine. Yet what really sets us apart is our willingness to serve, the resolution to dedicate ourselves. In the spirit of this year’s theme, we pledge to give our very best to OSA.
In the coming year, we anticipate countless hardships and challenges. Yet we are looking forward to this year, confident as we are in each other, and in the support of our fellow OSArs. May we all endeavour to push ourselves beyond our limits, and witness a new, brilliant page of HKOSA’s story unfold!

External Secretary - Chris Wong (2747)
Greetings to you all. This is Chris Wong, a Form Five student from Diocesan Boys’ School. It is a great honour for me to be the External Secretary of the Twenty Sixth Executive Committee of HKOSA. Here I shall first express my heartfelt gratitude to all the Honorary Advisors, Advisors and my fellow OSArs, who have been much more supportive and reassuring than I could have ever expected.
To me, HKOSA means much more than intelligent and bright minds coming together: it is a great family where I can seek friendship and bondings everywhere; it is a home away from home. Maybe words are not sufficient to express my feelings- I have to say I am more than proud to be here: to be one of the OSArs.
Being outstanding doesn’t solely mean high academic capability- this is the reason why I came forward to take up a role, in the hope of devoting my efforts to not only the Association but a greater community. It is understood that the power of a single person means nothing, thus everyone in our team have to, and will operate with each other in this year of hard work.
In the coming year, challenges, be they foreseeable or not, will undoubtedly abound, yet bearing in mind ‘To Shine Is To Give’, I believe our team will not lose our passion in the face of obstacles to lead the Association to greater heights.

Financial Secretary - Nicky Li (2731)
Greetings to you all! I am Nicky Li, a Form Five student from Cheung Chuk Shan College. It is my great honour to be the Financial Secretary of the Twenty Sixth Executive Committee of HKOSA and I will cherish the time I spend with my eight fellow Executive Committee members in the following year. I would also like to express my earnest thankfulness to the Honorary Advisors, Advisors, past ExCo members and fellow OSArs for giving me such a remarkable experience to serve the Association.
As many 27thOSArs, I knew little about HKOSA. Participating in various activities held by the 25th ExCo helped me to understand more about HKOSA. However, fitting in HKOSA is somehow difficult. Maybe it is because HKOSA is not an ordinary family, but a big family with the top brilliant minds in Hong Kong. I hope I can make more friends and get along well with the earlier generation OSArs, so that I can maintain a strong bond with the HKOSA family.
As a Financial Secretary, I will collaborate with my fellow Executive Committee members to run HKOSA successfully. Also, I will put my greatest effort in my work and strive for the best. To shine is to give. We will fully utilise our creativity and bring the Association a prosperous future.

Social Services Officer - Anthony Chui (2715)
Greetings to you all! I am Anthony Chui, a Form Five student from S.K.H. Lam Woo Memorial Secondary School. It is my great pleasure to be the Social Service Officer of the Twenty Sixth Executive Committee of HKOSA. I would like to extend my wholehearted gratitude to the Honorary Advisors, Advisors and my fellow OSArs for their appreciation and trust in my ardour for serving the Association.
As what I have said in the Annual General Meeting (A.G.M.), HKOSA is really a warm family that connects different outstanding people together. Never shall I forget those memories brought by the activities of HKOSA. From being a participant in Volunteer Training Scheme (VTS), to become a member of Organizing Committee (OC) in Interflow Camp, I have been sharing the laughter and tears with my friends met here. These precious experiences definitely make me a better person. I would cherish all I have and be proud of being an OSAr.
Serving the Hong Kong community is always the top objective of the Association. With theme of this year ‘To Shine Is To Give’, I would devote myself to present innovative, inspiring and sparkling social service projects so as to promote the spirit of giving to OSArs and students in Hong Kong. Even though there will be lots of obstacles along the way, I believe that we are able to overcome those barriers and strive for excellence.
In the following year, I hope that all of you would enjoy all of the programmes organized by our Twenty Sixth Executive Committee members. For me, I am looking forward to dedicating myself as I believe that this is a chance for me to shine.

Internal Relations Officer - Elise Shek (2634)
To Shine Is To Give,這一年我會努力的。

Administrative Officer - Alice Yau (2644)
Greetings to you all! I am Alice Yau, a Year one student studying at Chu Hai College. It is surely a great honour for me to be the Administrative Officer this year, and I am willing to contribute myself in HKOSA. As I am the one of the Executive Committee members in the coming year, I am wholeheartedly grateful to the Honorary Advisors, Advisors and my fellow OSArs for allowing me a chance to serve the Association.
Hong Kong Outstanding Students’ Association is a closely-bonded family and a place where lifelong friendships are forged. Besides that, HKOSA is not concentrating only on studying, but we also enjoy the time together on different activities. As we can see, HKOSA is a warm family that all of us are happy to learn and experience with other OSArs or even non-OSArs students. What’s more, the enthusiasm of all the OSArs is really impressing me, and that is why I want to exert my effort to explore the world with OSArs in the coming year. And I firmly believe that, the experience on HKOSA is invaluable.
I am looking forward to a fruitful coming year and truly believe the Twenty sixth Executive Committee can embrace the challenges ahead and achieve our goal!
